SEVERE HEAD GETTING WORSE WITH OTHER PAI PAIN RELEIF ADVICE

ok so i done a post the other day and then couldnt find it again to see if anyon e replied but now my pain is getting really bad,
what it is ive had this constant headache on my right side for about two weeks now bad enough for it to wake me up in the night with the pain, now it s just getting worse im also getting sharp shooting pains in my ears  now and then  there is also a constant ache just right by my earhole/top of jaw not sure if the pain is  in the jaw or the ear butts its killing me, im also getting pains by my eyes and really bad shooting pains across the bridge of my nose, i keep getting this funny feeling like my head is being squished on the one side where all the pains are hurting badly at once and it feels like its getting squished tighter and tighter like my head is going to explode or cave in or something and then i feel all week and faint, im starting to get really worrie dabout it now, i have in ht past been diagnosed with has tmj but ive never had it like this before this is pain i have never experienced before not even in childbirth lol, its making me really miserable as i just cant do anything cos of te pain, ive been taking parecetamol for the pain sometimes it works and sometimes it just does nothing but im probably taking way to many tablets than the daily allowance cos when they dont work i just keep taking more, i dont know what else to try (im uk)
any help and advice would be so much appreacited

This sounds like the pain from a severe sinus infection as well.  A sinus infection can be VERY painful, and the areas you are describing are all part of the sinus tract.
I would see and ENT as soon as possible.

Hi,

It is quite possible that your TMJ has taken turn for the worse and is causing all these symptoms. Another possibility is migraine.
I would suggest you to apply cold compresses to the affected part and take Ibuprofen or any OTC NSAIDS. Paracetamol will not work in such a severe pain.
