Indentation in top of head

I was really hoping for a suggestion as to why I may have developed an indentation in the top of my head. At first I thought I was crazy, and that it was impossible for that to happen, but over the last few months it seems to have grown and now anyone who feels the top of my head can easily feel it. It scares me, especially since my husband had brain surgery less than 2 years ago- (symptoms completely different of course) I am 35 years old, the only time I remember hitting my head really hard is when I was in elementary school and I fell and hit my head on a tile floor. I have had a history of passing out and having seizures but the doctors never figured out for sure what caused it and it hasn't happened for a few years. The best they came up with was blood sugar, and dehydration as a cause for those episodes, although I never had a MRI or anything of my head. I don't get pains from it, it may be a little tender if I press on the indent kind of hard. Is there any condition that would cause my skull to cave in? please help!

I have indentations at the top of my head too - two of them parallel with each other sort of splitting the top  both are about 1 1/2 to 2 inches long I also feel the back of my head is tender and I am having mild headaches . At first I thought maybe having my reading or sunglasses on top of my head created the dents but they don't go away if I don't wear them like that so i don't know of I just damaged soft tissue or if something abnormal is happening . My Dr laughed and said he saw one other person like this and sent them for tests only to find their arteries were just prominent creating a sort of bulge ghere nothing more

people think I'm crazy when I tell them mine just appeared one day and it finally went away after I stopped wearing my sun and reading glasses on my head, I was freaked out-thinking my head was caving in!!!! I am still dent free!

I am so amazed at all the post about this. I noticed an indention on the top of my head toward the front of forehead. It started out small and has gotten deeper and its on both sides of the middle of my scalp. There is no pain or tenderness. Reading all these post tonight I realized that I have been wearing my reading glasses like a headband and the ridges match where the nose piece sits. It makes sense now. I feel better knowing my head isnt caving in.

One thing I have noticed is that when I put my sunglasses up on my head when I don't want to wear them, the indention gets deeper.

This makes a lot of sense. To the person with the dent on back of head...do you wear a baseball hat??

I had s head injury in 2009 but I swear I never had this huge indentation, same area top front. Before that I experienced hair loss, a heaviness on the top of my head and tingling along with swelling and numbness.  I also noticed my white hair was growing in dark black. I got a kenalog steroid shot in that area and it was swollen if anything.  Now a few weeks later I have this huge indentation.  I'm still numb and it doesn't hurt at all. I had episodes of periodic vomiting which was odd and I just got over a week migraine. I don't know if I hit my head in my sleep, I have slept walk and had seizure since my head injury. Could it indent after three years or should I be freaking out. I take vitamins and get a vitamin b shot monthly.  I take pristiq. Ambient.and suboxone for pain.  I also have suffered from paralysis in my left leg from a botched epidural for a year that developed into rsd. Oh and I have eye welling off and on.  I also have avn of both hips but other than that I'm doing fine.
