Weird Sharp Headaches

Hi, Ive been getting some really weird pains in my head and ive never felt them before. I get about 3-4 headaches a week anyway, but this was different.

It felt like a lightning bolt going through the left side of my head...the pain being stronger at the top and then readiating down to my ear, jaw, then neck.

Last night while in bed it happened and i had to lie on my back for a while because otherwise the pain in my head came back and sent pain to my neck, back and arms.

Might be nothing but i was worried about it so i hope that someone can give me any advice

Hello Jary08,
Your headache could be due to many reasons like migraine, neuralgia, cervical spine changes. You should consult a neurologist and get an evaluation done.Neck exercises will help you.keep your posture straight and take a soft pillow. Also get your blood pressure levels monitored to rule out hypertension .Take rest,do not exert and develop a regular sleep pattern
