Addvice please!

This past week I've decided to get serious about my health.  I'm 29 years old, 5 feet 7.5 inches tall and about 150 pounds.  I've always been active but am focusing on leaning up and building muscle . My diet consists of:

Breakfast: 5 egg whites & one yoke fried with olive oil.  Half a grapefruit & a half a cup of quinoa with one tablespoon of chia seeds, agave & cinnamon.

Lunch & dinner: varies between chicken, fish or ground Turkey. And a side of veggies.

Snacks: hard boiled eggs, 10 almonds or a protein shake.

I'm eating every 2-3 hours and drinking at least 80 ounces of water.

I exercise regularly with cardio and weight lifting.

My question is I feel rather bloated. Am I consuming to much protein or water?

Advice please!

Well, yeah, but not every 2-3 hours.  That's three small meals and a snack.  Unless you have a bad digestive problem.  And if you're cooking your eggs in a frying pan on the stove you're frying with olive oil, as you stated.  And if you're getting that amount of protein and that amount of carbs, the rest would be fat, but as you describe your diet I don't see that much fat.  And I don't see particularly the good fat.  I see mostly an egg diet with some other stuff thrown in.  Look, if you're healthy, you're fine.  I'm speaking mostly long-term here and you might be just doing this on a short term basis.  There's a book you might want to look up, it's an old one, but it's based on about that percentage of carbs, protein and fat called The Zone.  It was a series of popular books that has gone out of fashion, but that's essentially what you're doing.  The book might suggest other foods to complement what you're doing.  Good luck with it.

It's actually recommended to eat small balanced meals every 3 hours to boost your bodies fat burning potential. If you don't eat often enough your body goes into starvation mode, conserving calories, storing fat and burning muscle (not fat) for energy.

I guess I miss spoke, I do not "fry" my food, I cook using olive oil.

Since I am taking my food intake, I'm getting 40-50% protein and 30% carb.

Any other advise?

Why do you eat every 2-3 hours?  Do you get hungry that often?  And although the chia seeds are great, the rest of your meals have no fiber in them.  And yes, you could be eating too much protein, which can also damage the body over the long term.  I know there's a lot of protein lovers out there in the dietary world nowadays, but I'm still a balanced diet kind of guy.  Just an aside, frying in olive oil isn't a good idea -- olive oil is carcinogenic at high heat, it's not a frying oil.
