Dietary Help

I am a 24 year old college student. Most days i only have about 10 minutes to get across campus for my next class. I need help coming up with quick things I can eat between classes that wont make me feel sick. Please let me know if you have any helpful tips!

Maybe if u have a light salad wrap which you make earlier in the day might be good. Light foods often make you feel better, so even if they are just small. Or if that takes too long, have some fruit or nuts (almonds like the other post said ;) ) ... or wholegrain for some energy. complex carbohydrates will keep your energy levels longer.

I find rice cakes are a quick choice too. If you buy the brown rice or wholegrain rice ones, they are a lot less dense then bread but will give you some carbohydrates for energy and they are very light. If you chop up some lettuce or tomato before you go and prepare it, they'll be really quick to eat :)

Some wholegrain bars are ok too... but you have to be careful and read the labels because some of them aren't that healthy. So mainly look for high dietry fibre, protein and whole grains (Low GI complex carbs) and low fat would be the best ones to buy if you wanted to go that way :)

I'd try saltine crackers or maybe a bag of almonds.
