Neuropathic back pain

I hope someone can shed light on this.  I have been experiencing neuropathic pain for 8 months after taking vitamins and supplements.  My initial symptom was twitching in my left calf.  This progressed with pins and needles sensation in more of my left leg.  A week or so later I had similar symptoms in my right leg as well as significant numbness in my right thigh.  Next I experienced parenthesis across my mid back at about th mid-thoracic level.  I also had burning in both arms and on the dorsal aspect of both hands as well as fatigue and, at times, severe brain fog.  My symptoms all came on over a two month period.  Meanwhile I cot inured to take th vitamins and supplements.

I finally went to my GP who ordered blood work.  All normal but did not test B6.  When the symptoms worsened I went to a neurologist who ordered more blood work 3 MRIs and an EMG.  All normal except B6 level 5 times above normal.  I read your posts on this forum and suspected I had B6 toxicity.  My doctors don't have an explanation.

I stopped the vitamins as soon as I got the B6 blood results.  That was 5 months ago.  I have avoided all foods with B6 but my symptoms persist.  I continue to have significant back pain across the mid thoracic level, leg burning I both calfs and pai in my right arm and on top of both hands. Intermittent brain fog.  The only thing that helps is rigorous exercise or hot showers which lessen symptoms for avout 2 hours.

With that background, has anyone else experienced these types of symptoms, particularly the back pai which is driving me nuts?  Any suggestions, particularly diet?  Your help is very greatly appreciated!

B6 toxicity can be permanent in some instances. Did your doctors talk to you about this possibility? Have you talked with them about the ongoing neuropathy? I do not know this for sure, but I would assume that since b6 toxicity can take some time to develop that it also might take time to subside. If you haven't already, I would definitely follow up with your physician and ask for suggestions.
