Hey Malu11,
Refraining from eating will lead to NO weight loss, as the survival mechanism
slows down metabolism and thermogenesis, ensuring self-preservation.
Also the lack of proper nutritional intake will result in deficiencies and consequently in disease.
Best approach is to eat well balanced meals, nutrient dense and wholesome, avoiding refined carbs, sweets, fats and junk foods including anything labelled low cal or diet! Artificial sweeteners are NOT what they advertise. They usually contribute to weight gain and neurological issues.
Drink plenty of water 1 hour away from meals and increase your daily activity levels.
Wishing you well.

its healthier to eat cals then burn em of. its a matter of discipline though, and it is hard to exercise daily. But it is harder to suppress food, the more you suppress the hungry your mindset would be so it will be bad if you got out of control. It accounts you to eat more, probably the worse case you could experience.
