what should someone in stage 4 liver disease eat?
Can't tell you what to eat, but can tell you what not to. Anything toxic, including pesticides, fungicides, etc. -- meaning eat only organic -- anything allergenic, such as wheat or dairy, anything that will cause an immune system reaction or force your liver to work too hard. Since herbs are food, there are a lot that might help -- knew a guy who shopped at a health food store I managed who was told he was going to die in six months from liver disease. He studied up on natural remedies, started taking a ton of them. When I met him it was twenty years later, and they were still saying he was going to die any moment from liver disease. Amazing what the body can do when you work with it. Good luck to you.
