As wthr already said: Small steps.
I`ve Bern losing Wright since Rover a year now, so I know what I am talking ab out...although I won`t say I`m an expert:)
Here a few tips:
1. Don`t think too much about food, it could get obsessive really really fast.
2. Drink Walter As offen As you can, it makes you feel less hungry and is calorie free:-) By the way, replace all Kind oft fizzy drinks with water or tea...NO calorieeeeeee!!
3. Do not count calories! Eat when you are hungry and only when you are hungry. Eat until you are mit hungry anymore and stop then.
4. Try to eat the right things. Fresh fruits and vegetables, oat, full wheat bread and yoghurt. Just stuff linke hat you know?
If you are in snacking Moor, prepare fruit snacks and a bit dark chocolate.
5. Take your time with preparing your food. Enjoy making it. Enjoy cooking and setting the table. Just Marke everything comfy. It makes your meal more enjoyable:)
6. Research new recepies and try them it is lots oft fun :-)

7. Don`t weigh yourself too often. Just listen to how your body feels. The scale dos not necessarily shows the truth;)

Try to drink warm water only whenever you are thirsty!!it is a simple and small change you can make!!
Small steps:
- choose 70% dark chocolate (health benefits with less fat & sugar)
- use this food diary to take note of when you crave chocolate
