I think i havent made this clear enough. I am finding it particularly difficult to eat because i am pregnant. I used to eat a healthy balanced diet but now i find myself turning to junk food because cooking is turning my stomach. Very unhelpful
Lets see, you don't need a nutrition lecture because you advise on nutritional products for a living, but you say you eat mostly junk food and still have a child's adversity to a varied diet. Look, many people are good at helping others but terrible at helping oneself. So if you know what to do but still don't do it, maybe you should go see a holistic nutritionist who will tell you what to do and maybe that will overcome the self-defeating choices you're making even though you know better. Because if you know what to do and still aren't doing it, how can we help? You know that eating high calorie meals in and of itself won't get you where you want to go, so you need to find a way to get there. Good luck.
Put different types of beans in your soup, nuts (if you don't like nuts try their butters). Not a medical professional lol
