Can someone tell me what Iron Test results below mean...is there something I should be concerned with?

In response to Rob743's post regarding his low UIBC very elevated iron Sat level and elevated serum ferritin level you told him it was normal.
IT IS NOT.
This combination of values almost always indicates hemochromatosis. The earlier he gets treatment for this the better.
