Alli is essentially a half-dose of Orlistat. In addition to numerous and rather embarrassing side-effects, it really hasn't shown to be very effective. Definitely do your homework before ever buying that product.
If you do decide that Alli is for you (ask your doctor), be sure to take any supplements (EFAs or multiple vitamins) at least 2 hours apart from your dose of Alli. Alli inhibits the functionality of a fat enzyme, which will in return not allow you to absorb essential fatty acids or your fat-soluble vitamins.
