Disc Desiccation related to AS

Since Oct. 07 I have been to about every type of doctor I know, have had several lie down MRI's, Bone Scan in 08, X-rays etc.  I was tested positive for HLA-B27 otherwise known as Ankylosing Spondylitis.  The symptons I started with have moved and increased in pain which I thought was impossible.  I have been a medication test dummy.  Nothing has helped more then two weeks other then getting enough relief from pain meds to keep going.  I can not lie down more than two hours, sit or stand with out have to get up or sit down.  I can't ride in a car for more then 30 mins without having to get out and take a break.  I do better in warmer dryer weather, but in cold, moist days I bend over and look like I'm examining my shoes.  It is getting so bad that I now can barely walk without a cane, get out of a chair without help etc.  I have numbness happening in my hands if held in a certain position for too long.  I was on double doses of enbrel for almost a year and this did not help along with many other meds.  I was told AS would not start over night, but I had neck pain in my 30's which I thought nothing off, but it was bad enough to not be able to pull up from leaning it back without help.  Every time I had a test doctors said there was no cause they could see, I have a small Tarlov cyst but a neurologist said most people have at least one, I do not have sympstons of Fibromyalgia except when I am on certain meds, one being Lyrica, this maid my joints hurt so bad I could hardly use anything with a joint.  I started suffering from Plantar Facitis, and before I lost my job, I swole up in my ankles, hands, feet, arms etc.  My chiropractor was actually worried cause of the fluid under my skin and I was even on a water pill.  I took myself off everything except the pain meds and all symptoms went away except the original ones, which is lower back pain, catches, leg weakness.  I have told doctors repeatedly it is not my back it is my hips.  There are times my illium bones even hurt, my rib hurts but mostly my lower back.  My MRI's have changed from some fluid showing on my hip joints with a bulging couple disc, to now I have disc desiccation from L2-L3 through S-1 and Hip degeneration.  Is this new symptoms or a cause of Ankylosing Spondylitis, and I saw on another question that a person should get a sit down MRI due to the fact nothing shows up on lie down type.  Even with this reading, the doctors are telling me there is no cause for my symptoms.  I get a catch trying to get up after bending over or sitting, I either go numb or paralyzed and have to literally have to turn a foot to the side to get a leg to move.  I limp and have trouble standing up straight, it is getting impossible.  I can not raise a leg to take a stair unless there is a rail to pull myself up with or I will have to crawl up the stair because even though my legs might work that day, I have no strength, my stairs are no higher then 4" that is my limit.  I can not put my leg up behind me any higher then my knee or the pain in my hip is so severe it brings tears to my eyes.  This started on my right side with a burning sensation in my lower back, but now it is on the left but my right side is weak, I can use it but not use it for strength.  If I try to use it as a lead leg, like to take a stair, it causes my hip to shift to the left and it caves and I go down and almost fall.  Any ideas?  Is this desiccation related to AS?  Is this the life I am going to need to get ready for?  I have days where the only way to get straight is with a cane, most days I just use whatever is handy to grab on to.    I had a hysterectomy in Sept 07 (abdominal) and I thought it might be related but now I have been to enough doctors that I believe it was something lying dormant
