Is it possible to break a ribRib cage pain doing crunches? I do have osteoporosisOsteoporosis and take ActonelActonel Actonel with calcium once per week along with calcium. I have brokenBroken bone Broken or knocked out tooth other ribsRib cage pain and have probably torn the cartilage between the ribsRib cage pain as well. I can't lay down comfortably and twisting motions are not comfortable either. The sharp pain is located near the bottom right rib and is sore to the touch. Filling the lung all the way causes some pain and sucking my stomach in is a "no-no". If I did manage to do this, what other exercises would be safe to strengthen the abdomen?
