Knee pain on my right knee on the left side of my knee

lately about once a week, i have been getting pain in my right knee on the left side, it hurts worse when i walk and it lastes about 2 or three days and some days it gets so bad that i can get out of bed for 2 or 3 hours at a time

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include infections, inflammations, arthritis, tendonitis, bursitis, trauma/ injuries etc. It would be best to get this evaluated by a primary care physician or an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. Meanwhile you could try some OTC NSAIDS for pain relief.
