Reading of an MRI

Has a near complete supraspinatus tendon tear with a full-thickness tear measuring 1.8 cm from front to back
of the greater tuberosity . A few of the posterior most fibers of the supraspinatus may be intact. There is retraction of approximately 4 cm. Fatty replacement of the supraspinatus consistent atrophy is noted. Has severe infraspinatus and subscapularis tendinopathy. The infraspinatus appears intact but partial tearing of the superior fibers of the subscapularis is noted. Long head of biceps tendon is attending of tendon is intact.
Patient has marked acromioclavicular degenerative disease with subacromial spurring. There is also glenohumeral arthritis for subchondral cyst formation noted superior glenoid. No discrete labral tear is identifield
