Sudden wrist pain

My left wrist started hurting out of nowhere the other day and it's just getting worse. I have tendonitis in my right shoulder since I am only 4'9" I've spent my whole life hyper extending my arm over my head to reach for pretty much everything so I know the pain of tendonitis and this feels very different. It feels more like a broken bone but I did nothing to my wrist just started hurting one day, also there is no bruising or swelling of any kind. It only hurts when I move it/rotate it or try and lift anything even something as light as my cellphone and I'm right handed and I don't really do and repetitive actions like sewing, knitting, turning a wrench and even if I did it would effect my right would it not. Also I have Ostiochronditis I was diagnosed when I was 19 I'm now 39 and since then I have only ever had problems in my lower half ankles, knees and hips.

Have you done any wrist-involved movements the day before? Have you slept on your wrist?

If the answer is "no", do you have a lot of stress lately? or generally? If you can't recall any physical activity related to your wrist - this is most likely psychosomatic symptom.
