Surgery on L collarbone due to dislocation... now R one acting up!!

Very long story short. When I was 15, I felt a random pop in my chest, and noticed that my collarbone would dislocated at my breast bone when I would move my arm in certain places.

It would dislocate through out the day, many times a day, when I moved me arm certain places. If I raised my arm up, or elbow up, it would dislocate then go back in when I move my arm back.

When I was 19, I had surgery on it performed by a heart surgeon. He tied down my collarbone to my rib to make it stable. Surgery was s success besides a lot of pain the first year or so. Surgery was on my RIGHT side.

Well just recently, I noticed that my LEFT collar bone dislocates from my breast bone!!! Same thing, if I raise my arm up or put my elbow up, it dislocates then goes back in once I move it. The first time my OTHER collarbone dislocated, it was randomly at night, no injury. Well, my collarbone that currently dislocates is my LEFT side. About 2 months ago, I dove off the high dive, felt a pop in my shoulder and had extreme pain. I went to my medic (in the Army) and she said that I may have a slight tear in my rotator cuff or just a sprain, but it should get better. Since then, had 2-3 pops come from my shoulder with lil pain, but thats it. Since then, I noticed my other collar bone that I did NOT have surgery on dislocates now.

What are the chances of having surgery on the other side? Is it done microscopically? I have a large scar on my chest from my surgery and would hate to have another one, making a V on my chest.
Having one side dislocate is rare... but TWO? Ugh!! What's up!?!?
