FINDINGS:
There is no fracture or loss in vertebral body height.
There is a small amount of bone marrow edema in the inferior endplate of C6 posteriorly.
There are mild to moderate degenerative changes between C5 and C7.
The craniocervical junction and spinal cord are unremarkable
Paraspinal soft tissues are unremarkable.
At C2-C3, there is no significant disc protrusion, spinal canan or neural foraminal narrowing
At C3-C4, there is no significant disc protrusion, spinal canan or neural foraminal narrowing
At C4-C5, there is no significant disc protrusion, spinal canan or neural foraminal narrowing
At C5-C6, there is a moderate diffuse posterior disc osteophyte complex resulting in moderate spinal canal narrowing. Bilateral neural foramina are patent.
At C6-C7, there is mild diffuse posterior disc osteophyte complex resulting in mild spinal canal stenosis. Bilateral neural foramina are patent.
At C7-T1, there is no significant disc protrusion, spinal canal or neural foraminal narrowing
IMPRESSION:
1. Mild amount of bone marrow edema in the posterior inferior end plate of C6
2. Mild to moderrate degenerative disc disease between C5 and C7
3. Moderate spinal canal stenosis at C5-C6
X-RAY FINDINGS:
10 degree curvature convex left centered at T10
Mild degenerative change at C5-C6 with minimal RETROLISTHESIS
