Sore forearm when I move a certain way?

I have had this problem for a couple of weeks now that whenever I turn my arm a certain way my bone clicks or something. I have been cracking my arm A lot I'm not sure if that's the cause of it though.

Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include fractures, dislocations, degeneration, injuries to ligaments/ tendons etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
