Hi i had my right ovary removed after the doctor discovered a large dermoid cyst, while having a c-section, 2 years ago. Ive been trying for a baby for over a year now, with no luck. I do get the odd twinge on my left side and dont know if i'm been paranoid, and was wandwering if after having one cyst, is it common to get another?

From all of the posts I've read on here, I think that it is common to start developing cysts once you have already had one. For me that was the case anyway.  If you believe that you may have another cyst, you should get an appointment with your gynecologist and get an appointment.  You may ask her if she will schedule you a transvaginal ultrasound before your appointment so that when you do go see her she already has the report.  Good luck!
