After the Ovarian Cyst ruptures...

What are the lingering effects of a ruptured ovarian cyst? I've had cysts before but this one is different. It ruptured almost two weeks ago, causing extreme abdominal pain. I recognized the pain so I went to an urgent care the next day instead of the ER. A few days later, I began having lower back pain. Now I have other symptoms such as fatigue, moodiness, lighter/shorter periods, frequent urination. My appetite has changed. I will eat constantly at times and have no appetite at other times. It's definitely not the norm for me. I had an appointment scheduled with my gyno that I cancelled because the pain went away briefly. Now I am trying to make a new appointment.

I would deffinatly make and keep your next appointment with your gyno.  I've had ruptured cysts and they are no fun. My gyno told me the fluid from the cysts can also cause infection. As for the other symptoms in not sure exactly.  Sorry to not be much help but keep me posted and good luck.

Thanks for your response. I've sent my Dr. a message since they're closed for the day so I'm hoping to find out more tomorrow. Just trying to put my mind at ease for the night.
