Do I need to go to the er

Should I return to the er?
I was admitted last week and through a ct and internal and external ultrasounds i was diagnosed with a 6cm hemorrhagic cyst on my left ovary. I am currently experiencing level 6 pain localized and throbbing in my LLQ and my LRQ. I am very weak and my bp is low 92/54. My cbs showed my wbc were high (18.2%), my auto% neutrophil was high (84.5) my ABS neutrophil was high (15.42%) and my auto% lymphocyte was low (10.2). My UA showed no abnormality and I am not displaying any signs of a viral or bacterial infection.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You need an immediate intervention as it can be due to rupture of the hemorrhagic ovarian cyst also. Moreover the low BP is concerning and needs immediate medical attention. A rupture of an ovarian cyst is usually self-limiting, and only requires expectant management and analgesics. The main symptom is abdominal pain, but can also be asymptomatic. The pain may last from a few days to several weeks. You need to take pain killers for that. But if you are having severe pain, fever and pedal edema then it needs re evaluation as laparatomy may be needed.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Please call the emergency number.  Your blood pressure is too narrow for comfort to advise otherwise and the way you describe feeling weak leaves me uneasy too.  Is your BP normally that low/close?  What's your pulse?

I would seek medical attention as soon as possible regardless.
