Complex Ovarian Cyst with septations

I am a 25 yo with a 5cm Complex Ovarian Cyst with septations on the right side.  Last year it was a "normal" cyst and  after a follow-up US it was discovered to have changed.

How do you know if it is Ovarian Cancer?

I am having a Laproscopy done on 4.17 to remove the cyst and a mass that is near by.  And possibly my whole Ovary.

Thank you.
Are there any signs of cancer beforehand?
I have pain with my periods, after and during sex, pressure, anemia, etc.

Does it lower your chances when you  have one ovary of having children?

Hi, They will biopsy your cyst and mass when removed.  If your ovary has to come out, too, they will biopsy that as well.

Take care
