Do I have a cyst??

I have been diagnose with PCOS for 4years and its pretty paiful. I have a hard mass in my tummy and I have for almost 9 months,it has gotten bigger very painful and overweleming and im scared. During last three months I started feeling things strong butterfly feelings in my tummy and recently I had alot alot of pressure imn the inside of my lower back.  

What should I do and how should I dealt it?

The hard mass in the pelvis that you have had since a long time (9 months) can be anything like an ovarian cyst, fibroid of the uterus or even a pregnancy. You should immediately consult your Doctor for an examination. Also an ultrasound scan will help make the exact diagnosis.
