Give me Support

I'm 33 on August. My husband is 35 , TTC for 10 month, 3 months ago found out i have a 10cm cysts on each ovary, had laparascopy done, cysts removed, tubes cleared, and since then following up with doctor regularly, this is my second cycle on both clomid and fostimon , my first cycle I had 3 mature 18 mm follicles but no luck, this time still waiting the ultrasound tomorrow to check the follicles, and the trigger shot time, all other hormone tests and blood tests came out great without any problem, DH semen test too was great 40 million with 75% active and this months we started a healthy diet, fruits, veggies, salad, vitamins
I pray all the time that God will help me this time i have endless faith, but sometimes i cant help it and i feel little disappointed and depressed, but i try to stay strong and hopefull. My greatest fear is having the cysts growing back and causing problems with trying to get pregnant
I just want to know when to consider IUI or IVF as i really want to have a baby soon

Keep the faith!  You have been through a lot.  I have known many women who have struggled like you have only to have very successful pregnancies.  I am sure you are trying all the "tricks" to increase your odds of conception.   You man not be ovulating exactly when you think.   Sometimes it helps to try to conceive every other day from day 10-20.    My friend (who took a year to conceive) swears that laying down with her legs in the air led to her successful conception.  :)  LOL.   It is very hard to wait when you want something so much!   I will keep you my prayers.  Keep the faith and know that it doesn't mean you won't conceive just because it has been difficult!  Best wishes!

IUI is  intrauterine insemination they take semen from husband wash it and inject it near the ovaries as to make their trip shorter
i was on ultrasound couple of days ago and i saw 4 mature good-sized follicles, took the trigger shot last night and dr told us to BD today and tomorrow, hope this time God makes our dream come true.
Anyway we decided to go for long a vacation by the beach tomorrow to take our mind off it (hope it works)
Keep me in your prayers
meanwhile i am waitiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing

I think what you are asking is if you are still fertile and able to have children?  Nothing you said so far would indicate otherwise.  Doctor said tests were good.  None of us here are fertility experts, but what I think is happening is that the waiting and wondering is getting to you.  Sometimes things take longer than we would like.  Be patient.  It sounds like you are doing everything you should be doing.  What is the doctor's opinion of your chances for natural conception?  I would think expensive options like IVF (I don't know what IUI is) should be last resort tactics.  Your surgery was just 3 months ago.  You could still be in a healing phase.  We have lots of stories here of women who had children after cyst removal surgeries.  Best wishes to you!  I know how it feels to (im)patiently wait for a miracle.  I am waiting for my own (sellng my house and trying to get a job....both putting a lot of strain on my nerves).
