Hi everyone I am new to this andd concerned about an U/S??

So for about 7 months I have had this horrible stretching pain from my right ovary up the side of my stomach like my muscle being pulledd on like when your pregnant and have horrible ligaament pain and it can also travel down my thing and I also get shooting pain on the righht side of my vaginal wall that comes and goes. So I decided to go to the er one night bc it felt horrible and i was leaving outa state the next morning. Went in and all they said was I had a mass and told me to follow up with my doc and do another ultrasound in 3 months. So I just had it friday and they said I would have to wait 3-5 buissness days to get results from doctor. My pain is still horrible but doesnt hurt during intercoarse or peeing. But my periods have been horrid like Im in labor (I haved had 2 live births one c-section and one VBAC all natural no drugs)  I have a history of ovarian cysts but they said it wasn't a cyst it was to the right off my right ovary not even connected at one point they said it could be my bowels anyways since I had my scan friday if it was seriouss or something that needed to be looked at right away would they have toldd me????

Also I am 25 with 2 children we wanted to start trying again next month so i guess I shouldnt do that. Also i should mention the last 6-7 weeks I have felt bloated and feel pregnant (which im not obviously) i randomly started leaking clear liquid from my right breast ocassional left. I breast fed but stopped at  4months. My periods after this pregnancy have been from 28 days to 38. Im emotional as well which I hate. I do have family history of two of my aunt havinf fibroids bengin tumors and she had a hystorectomy in her 30s an another and with fibroids as well but didnt get a hystrectomy both on my moms side. I am so scarred its cancer anybody with insight on this would be greatly appreciated :-).

hi your story sound so much like mine
I have severe back pain last month so i went to my obgyn we did a transvaginal us she found a cyst outside my ovaries its not connected also
Size is 2.5cm she said it might also be my bowel gave me 10 days worth of antibiotics ask me to return on the 5th day of my period

So last friday was my 5th day the cyst is still there but its shriking its now 2.3 cm
She said that is called a paraovarain or paratubal cyst
Where going to watch it shenask me to return after 3months but if im in pain to go back sooner
She said that its nothing to worry about i ask her could it be cancer she said no thank God
My cyst has thick wall and fluid filled
