Is this common with ovarian cysts?

I suffer from ovarian cysts and have been having diziness lately with a lot of pains in my hips, legs, and usual cramps. I recently noticed a hard spot on my right side by my belly button under my rib cage? Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a cyst? It's significantly harder than they left side. It does not hurt to push on but could it be something else besides a cyst?
