Laparoscopy 21 days ago- AF is LATE! Normal???

Just wondering if anyone has had the same issue. I had laparoscopy surgery to remove an ovarian cyst 21 days ago, which was on cycle day 7. My next AF was due CD 24, but never appeared. Today is CD 28, making me 4 days late and very unusual. There is NO chance I am preg. Just wondering if the surgery caused this, maybe resetting me somehow. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Well it came!! Thank god. Late, but I guess thats normal. I'm just wondering now if removing the cyst, will help give me a longer cycle. 24 days is a bit short and giving me a short LP. Also, going to start Clomid so maybe that will help extend my cycle as well.

Menstruation can be irregular following any type of gyn surgery.  Give it a couple more months before thinking anything is wrong.
