What happened to SimplyStar (Marty)? :(

What is going on with Marty? I am sad that she is gone. Is she still on OVCA? She is so calm, compassionate and knowledgable and a true leader on both sites. I read something about Medhelp removing her post. Hmmmn. Can anyone solve the mystery?

     I wouldn't really say the events have been hard especially . However, it just seems to be so unnecessary to have the chaos that erupts sometimes on these forums. And, I know it's probably fairly common everywhere..
     I'm hoping this will simply be temporary for Star and she will return, I don't know Star personally, only from her wise additions to the forum.
     But, I can speak for myself and a few others ... we're going to try very hard to see that this new place is a pleasant and informative place to visit.. I know you feel the same

If you are out there in cyber world, I would really like you to come back to the forum. We so need your inspiration, knowledge and warmth, that radiates right through my computer screen. You posted a while back about the CHALLENGE TO BE A HERO. You have so been a hero to me and so many on both forums. I completely understand if you need a break, but I sincerely hope you will come back as the force that you are.
You are truly missed and I know I speak for many.

Hi, hun. How are you doing? I'm sorry that all the turmoil, the last few days, has been hard on you. People tend to react from the gut when they are upset, but soon they actually THINK about it, too. I think that that may be what's up with Marty. I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see her back and filling our minds with her research soon. I know, many would really like that. So, please, don't be upset. Things are settled and thanks in part by you, this forum is off to a great start. Take care!!!!

Are you sure?? I didn't know she WAS gone. She just posted last night.. If you click on the "members" for this sightl, she's still listed..

I was so hoping this was going to be a nice quiet peaceful forum..And Marty would be such a good addition.. I just get confused sometimes when there's such a huge rant, then all settles down again like nothing happened..very confusing don't you think??

Maybe as PPhelps said, she's just taking some time off.. Marty if  it's true.. we need your voice over here too... Joelle: Hope you have a busy weekend planned so you don't have time to worry too much about the 28th...

I'm sad to see Marty go also. She is a wise woman. I've been on the forum since Jan of 2006. I've seen this arguement come up alot over the years as Pam has and a few others. It always resolved itself. We will adjust to this also. As time changes so must we, and we will adjust to those changes.  Marty will be back sometime. We just need to give her a little time.

Wherever she may be - I pray for her daughter and herself.  Marty gave me such great advice and I loved the support she gave even though I'm a newbie.
