...emotionally and mentally done.. help

Okay, I'm needing to rant/get advise.

Jan 28, I had unprotected sex on what I thought was start of period. It only lasted 2 days and was super light and noy normal for me. About a week or solater I start spotting. Since feb I have been spotting/light bleeding on and off for the entire months.

We've checked my thyroid its good. I'm borderline anemic and have started taking an iron supplement. I have been taking a prenatal vit since I was approx 1 week late just as precaution. My bloodwork came back neg for pregnancy (I wouldve been approx 7 weeks when it was taken, I also have a family history of low hormone)  I have an ultrasound at the end of this month. ....

What could cause spotting like this? I have so many early preg but I'm at a loss of what to think.

Back history, I have not had an issue with missed periods or anything like that, no weight change, stress levels, etc. Its been 2 years since I had my right ovary removed and even then no issues. I've always been like clockwork.
