Ovarian Cyst Removal via a c section cut

Hi everyone! I hope someone can help answer my questions. I've been in horrendous pain the last week and a half, after a suspected UTI and appendicitis both have been ruled out and the Transvagial ultrasound says I have a 4.9cm cyst on my left ovary, I know it's not big but I've had it same size since October and now it's causing this horrible pain. I see my ob on Tuesday to see what to do about it but I just want it removed. After two ER visits I'm now on strong pain meds. I'm hallucinating and confused easily but I can deal with it, I still however have tremendous pressure in my pelvis.
I want it removed and hope she says okay. What do you all think?

I know it's not big but I'm severely overweight and suspect she might have to do a c section cut to get it out, does anyone know if that's the case?

Thanks everyone, hope to hear something soon and I can't wait for Tuesday to hear from the doctor. I want this pain and pressure gone.
