Post Lapro Cystectomy bleeding.

Hi all.
I am 4 days post op for a lapro. cyst removal on my left ovary. Still sore (of course) and nauseous. But I'm concerned about the bleeding. It's almost like a period. Not super heavy but not spotting. And I've passed one small (smaller than my thumb) clot vaginally. This is normal for my period, but concerning with everything else going on. Any suggestions? Should I be concerned?
Thanks <3

Hi I'm 3 days post laparotomy and I started my period after my surgery, but it was a week late so I had expected it to start. I did notice my period is a little heavier and clottier than normal and I was actually feeling concerned about it earlier. We're you due for your period? I'm not sure if it's a period or just post-surgery bleeding. But probably from the surgery it can make the period heavier. I'd like some advice too. Let me know how you're feeling.
