Ovarian cysts, Gym and sex??

Hello! On 25th of this month, I was diagnosed with 3 cysts of 4-5 cm in my right ovary.

* Should I continue with my gym and all types of exercises like cardio, strength, legs, lifting weights, etc?

* Is it safe to have sexual intercourse? Safe for me and him too? (We don't use condoms).

Hello,
Cysts are fluid-filled sacs that can form in the ovaries. They are common in child bearing age.  Mostly they are symptomless But Ovarian cysts can, however, cause problems if they twist, bleed, or rupture. Most ovarian cysts will go away on their own.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

All of that is fine.  Cysts are caused from an egg not going through ovulation correctly and getting stuck at one phase or another.

Listen to your body, though.  If sex hurts because of them, either apply the brakes and slow down or wait and find another way to finish each other.
