Ovary Issues.. Please help!

I am 21 years old and since the age of 18 I've had approximately 7 ruptured cysts that have immobilized me, each for days at a time. I, now, feel as though I may have another one but I'm not entirely sure. I have severe on and off ovary pain.. It typically starts in my left ovary and travels to my bladder and over to my right ovary. It's a very sharp, stabbing pain and my abdomen is very weak to touch. These are the basic symptoms I get every time I have cyst issues.. But this time, I'm experiencing so many symptoms on top of my abdomen pain. I have had an ongoing headache for approximately 4 days now, lower back pain, peeing every 20-30 minutes (normal pee-no burning or pain), I seem to always be tired, and also I have had a white-creamy discharge. The discharge has no scent, I know it can't be an infection. I already tested to see if I had a bladder infection or UTI - They both came out negative. I was ovulating about 6 days ago, so I know it isn't pain from that. I also took a pregnancy test, which came out negative but I may have taken it too soon. I have researched Ovarian Cancer and I seem to be leaning in that direction or possibly an Eptopic/Tubal Pregnancy. I'm just not sure. I just need some opinions. I know I need to go to the doctor, so please, don't mommy me! I have an appointment in 3 weeks.. (The soonest I can see the 'good' doc) So for now I just want opinions/advice/someone who maybe has experienced the same thing. Thank you so much! (=

You may have better luck going to the ER. Hospitals will cover most of if not all of the bill for you if you qualify.

I've had ruptured cysts since I was 14 years old. Usually get 1-2 a year, but I have had one rupture for the past 6 months. It usually ruptures 14 days after the first day of my period, so around ovulation time. Of course the pain sends me to the floor. I can barely move for two days. I took my savings and went to the dr. (laid off, no health insurance) only for him to tell me cysts are normal... I don't think he even bothered to look at my chart and see the frequency. They saw a lot of fluid in my abdomen as it just burst an hour before I go to the dr. I had to pop some old (again, old b/c no insurance) loratabs to get to the dr. They also saw a 3 cm cysts. When I went back for follow up 3 weeks later, they saw another cyst, which burst a few days after that. 2 doctors visits, and $1200 later, I have another cyst. I can feel the heaviness on my right side again. So yes, this is 6 months in a row I'll have a ruptured cyst. My main concern right now, however, is that it bursts asap because I'm getting married next week. I really don't want to spend my honeymoon sick.
The pain I experience when this happens is a 9 on a 1-10 scale. I can't imagine anything worse. I am 25 years old,  5'2, 122lbs. My diet is healthy and I exercise regularly (when I'm not in pain).  These cysts are ruining my life. As soon as I get insurance I am going to the dr. to rule out OC. Nobody should have to put up with this kind of pain every month.

No one can diagonis ovarian cancer by symptoms.  There needs to be masses, etc.  Sometimes a little education can be very scary.  The important thing is to listen to your body and you are feeling as though something is wrong....if the pain is persistant go to the emergency room.  They can do scans etc and let you know what you are dealing with.  I would still keep the appointment you have in 3 weeks, but, go get checked now.  It is probably not ovarian cancer, given your age,....but, it is not impossible.  The important thing to remember here is to listen to your body, and if you feel pain, get it checked.
Good luck...and let us know how it goes.
