help

I'm 19 and had sex for the first time in over two years 4 days ago and since I've had a jelly like discharge. Many people said pregnant but someone brought up ovation cyst and since I've looked a lot of the things line up but I need another opinion. Since I could remember I've always had very weird periods, some lasting a good week super heavy, 4 days really light, 2 days very dark, and not to mention there's a good month and a half to two month distance between them. Since the sex I've had a lot of lower abdomen pain/bloating feeling. Right after the it hurt peeing for awhile, but before I was peeing a lot along with being very thirsty. I went to a gyno over a year ago after a month long period and was put on BC and it helped regulate but I ran out earlier this year and haven't gone back. I know I'm jumping from thing to thing but it's all just coming together to me after looking up ovarian cyst. Thank you!
