Pelvic Pain

Hello all.I am 29 yrs old,I had my daughter almost 3 yrs ago by c-section.my question is this.okay I was diagnosed with Endometriosis at 19.been on all kinds of birth control and etc,etc...  I am now on the depo-shot have been for almost 3 yrs now.well I also had cervic biopsies and found out I have/had cervical dysplasia.I had my gallbladder out about 3 months ago.just recently my ob/gyn felt a small cyst on my right ovary.well I called their office back on monday because I kept having right abdominal pain.they ordered a pelvic/vaginal ultrasound.I called their office back today and the lady who called me back wasn't exactly nice she was kinda grouchy.anyway she said my doc hasn't looked at my ultrasound pictures yet but she told me that at the bottom it said normal ultrasound.oh and my uterus is tipped as well.I do have severe pain during intersourse about 80% of the time and nothing we have ried helps the pain.I pretty much want to know should I call my dr's office back and make an appt?

Have you talked to your doctor about the pain you have during intercourse? Are you still having the right abdominal pain? If you are still having pain, I would make an appt.
