Surgery

well I went back to my doc and he's going to take out my overie . Iam very scared does anyone have and advice
like is the pain bad and will i have to stay the night
just anything will do at this time. like what do they do how long the surgery will take

my surgery is on the the 8th the surgery that there going to do is were thers like 4 little holes and then the still this little insterments in them thats all i know

No, No, No.. It isn't bad at all. I'm sorry you're losing your ovary, but the surgery isn't bad at all. Are you having a laparoscopy or laparotomy?? I had the laparoscopy and went home the same day. With the Laparotomy  you may have to spend the night.. Go check out 10 things I learned from the laparoscopy .. by Painterchic... Can't drive or lift anything for 2 weeks though... I'll bump the post up for you..

The pain isn't that bad. I was given pain meds., but quit taking them the next day since they gave me a horrible headache! You'll do just fine.. When is your surgery scheduled?  More later,
