Sharp pains in lower right quardrant

Had a Recent Appendectomy and Removal of cyst on right ovary. There was a carcenoma tumor on my appendix, once removed they fount it.

It's been about 4 weeks since surgery. In the lower right quadrant of my stomach is this intense sharp pains. I had them about a week after surgery for a while but they went away. Now they're back and kinda towards the middle of my lower stomach stretching to the right. Sorta where my bladder is, i'm guessing. Point is I'm miserable. I left school today because i couldnt even walk in the hallway i got to the closest room and I'm not a cryer but i was balling and my nose started bleeding the room was evacuated. Very embarassing. Once again, point is, i'm doing aweful, I don't know what could be triggering this. My doctor was testing me for possible carcenoma syndrom to my colon because i've been having attacks that seems like panic attacks though i've never experienced any prior to being sick. I wake up with night sweats as well, with 2 fans blowing directly onto me. When pressing on my right leg the pain intensifies. Help?

Also this past weekend was my birthday, saturday night I had to do some running, but the only thing that really stems from that is hernia which i don't see any symptoms for.

Hi. I saw your comment here and noticed that you share some of the same symptoms that I had when I found out I had a benign tumor in my back. I had right quadrant pain and pain in my back. I thought that the pain was due to appendicitis and went to my doctor. The first time I was told I was overweight and needed to diet; the pain was all in my head. I went back 3 months later because the pain returned and it turned out I had a 4 cm mass pushing up against my inferior vena cava near my right kidney. The mass was called a schwannoma. They are usually found on the auditory nerve, but for some reason mine grew in my back. Only about 10,000 people get these a year, so it is very rare.

I'm not telling you this to scare you, but you may want to ask your doctor to do a CT of your abdominal and pelvic area to see what the problem is. It could be another ovarian cyst or it could just be phantom pains from having your appendix removed. Mine was removed when I had my surgery for my tumor and sometimes I end up crying because the phantom pains are so bad.

Either way, contact your doctor and DO NOT stop until you feel that they have diagnosed you properly.

It's quite possible you have another cyst on your right ovary.  Cysts can cause problems with your bowels, your bladder, pain in your back and through your groin and down your leg.  I'm not sure why you might have the nigh sweats.  I suggest you go back to your doctor and ask for a transvaginal ultrasound.
