Before you have your remaining ovary removed, talk to an IVF doctor. One possibility is egg freezing, another is embryo freezing, if you have a partner.
If none of this is possible, and you do have the ovary removed, you can still get pregnant and carry a child but it would need to be be by a donor egg.
