It is probably still there.  I had very bad pain with menstruation when I had a 6cm cyst/tumor.  It did feel like labor!   If your cyst is complex, please ask for a consult with a gynecologic oncologist.  They have more experience removing malignant tumors.  Any complex cyst has a small risk of being malignant, so it is best to play it safe.  Good luck to you!

It doesn't necessarily mean more surgery.   I am not sure what she meant by bleeding...either there is fluid around it or the cyst looks like it is filled with blood.  Most cysts do resolve on their own.  If your measurements are in cm and not mm, then it is getting to the borderline size where they like to remove them (usually 5cm or above).  But, given your recent surgical history, this may be condition that resolves on its own.  What a pain to have to deal with that again!  Good luck to you!
