bulky uterus and cysts?

hi, i'm 22 yrs old and.........recently i have started having irregular periods.

my uterus ultra sound result reads like this:
uterus: anteverted. bulky uterus measuring 8.8 cm longitudinally, 4.6 cm anteroposteriorly and 5.8 cm transversely at the level of fundus with normal outline and echodensity. bulky cervix with nabothian cysts noted, largest measuring 19 by 13 mm. endometrium is normal with empty uterine cavity.

what does this mean? bulky uterus and nabothian cysts? do i have cancer?
i had ignored having irregular bleeding for months now, does these test results mean that i have to have an operation?

thank you for answering my question. my gynecologist said that i don't need to do anything about it and i don't need any medication either because even if i take pills my periods will be regular only till i am taking them. she said it will get irregular again if i stop taking the pills. should i get a second opinion from another doctor?

Nabothian cysts are typically benign and of no major concern unless they cause discomfort. These are not the same as ovarian cysts and are not typically associated with cervical cancer.

They do not explain what makes the uterus "bulky".   Fibroids maybe?  They, too, are typically benign but can cause bleeding issues that may mean some surgery to correct, but I believe that type of surgery could be done transvaginally by some doctors. Most are just left alone and watched.

No ultrasound of the ovaries?  Only the cervix and uterus were described.  Ovarian cysts can cause irregular bleeding, too, and they did not check you properly if they did not check ovaries as well.  Two types of ultrasound are needed to get the best diagnosis (conventional/exterior and transvaginal).
