Fluid in my abdomen > Ovarian cancer please help me!

BlaireLL08-07-2017
I am caucasian 50yr born 10/08/1966 and still get my period. Vaginal bleeding has been on and off for years. It got better the last 2 years. my period is usually on the 26th. Lately, the last 3 months a week after my period ends, I get light vaginal bleeding for 2-3 days. I had my Physical 3 weeks ago July 19, 2017 and told the Dr I was experiencing a burning sharp pain on my lower right side a long with a swollen abdomen. She said I was constipated, She ordered a CBC and said I didn't need to see the OBGYN. My labs came back she didn't call me. I worried because I read the following RBC,AUTO normal 4.20-5.40 Mill/mcL & mine was abnormal 4.11 Flag L
I called to ask & she said I was fine. Yesterday, I was rushed to the ER because I still feel the burning sharp pain in my lower abdomen. The ER MD ruled out my appendix, she did a Cat scan and CBC. She said lab results were ok and I was fasting too, but C scan showed fluid in my lowed abdomen a long with an ovarian cyst. My CBC a of yesterday August 6, 2017 was more of a concern
my RBC dropped to 4.11 to 4.02 when normal is 4.20-5.40M/uL Also noticed IMM GRN%(AUTO) 0.00 ABNORMAL AND
IMM GRAN#(AUTO) 0.00 I have no pain during intercourse. below is a medical history.
April 2016 got a colonoscopy Dr found diverticulitis infection, he had trouble completing the last part of the colonoscopy because of a pinched area, he said he pushed through it. I won't up from anesthesia screaming. they gave me morphine, later that evening my abdomen swelled up. I started running a fever. I went to Urgent care the next day, an ultrasound was done. I was told that an ovarian cyst burst & blood was pooling in my abdomen. The next day it got worse, I went to the ER for a Cat scan. Took all my result to Dr Nora who repaired my Hernia with mesh on the right side in 2015. took all my results Dr Nora said the blood was pooling under the mesh that he did a yr earlier in 2015, I had blood in my abdomen, he said he would dissolve. The bottom 2 staples from the mesh were free floating, the Dr who did my endoscopy pushed through the mesh! Dr Nora weighed the risk of another surgery and decided to see if I healed, the burning pain stopped . It went away, I LAST SAW HIM IN 2016.

I am worry because now I feel a burning sharp pain and I was told thought the Cat scan they dye with a dye liquid that I had fluid, It wasn't blood. I read online and it all indicates to cancer, Today the OBGYN 08/07/17 said I hate to tell you this but these are early signs of ovarian cancer or fallopian cancer.
I read symptoms of abdominal cancer that people may or may not experience

the OBGYN order a blood test to see if there is an indication of ovarian cancer and in 3 weeks for now I will have a vaginal ultrasound to rule this out. I am scared it is cancer and the longer I am waiting it will progress. WHAT ELSE CAN CAUSE ABDOMINAL FLUID???? Why didn't the family dr during my physical 3 weeks ago not worry? and why did the ER dr told me I was ok and to see the OBGYN and the surgeon who did my mesh?? I still eat and have not lost weight. 4 month I had long a lot weight but now I've gain all back. I am worried ! please help me what else can cause fluid build up in the abdomen??

Ovarian cysts can cause fluid in the pelvis. Other things may explain it too. The large majority of ovarian cysts are benign so the odds are definitely in your favor that this is not ovarian cancer (OC). And if you do not have a genetic predisposition / family history of OC then your lifetime risk is   less than 2% (1.3% per government stats). With your history of hernia repair with mesh and diverticulitis it's hard to say what's going on.

I had an ovarian cyst and ended up being overtreated which is much more common than I ever could have imagined. My gyn removed both ovaries and my uterus when all he should have removed was the cyst itself. I never would have dreamed that the removal of these organs could cause this never-ending cascade of problems... going on 11 years now.

I wish you the best in getting answers and proper restorative treatment versus treatment that causes a whole new set of problems.
