left side pain

I have had my left ovary removed due to cyst about 4 months ago , but I still get a pain on that side like a ovary pain.  The doctors left the tube cou;ld this be causing it

More than likely the pain is from nerve regineration and/or adhesions.  Unfortunately both are common side effects from abdominal surgery.  Just be patient and realize that it can take a good long while for your body to not remind you every day that you had surgery  :)
