cyst?

I have had abdominal pain for about 2 years, I had my IUD taken out to illuminate that being the problem then got pregnant 2 months later. My pregnancy was pretty bad, sick and hurting always. Was put on bed rest, now my baby is 4 months old and the doctors still can’t tell me why I’m hurting so bad. I had an ultrasound done where they found a cyst but wasn’t worried. Then I had to go to the ER from the pain the doc did a CT scan and said I had 3 huge cyst one on my right ovary, liver and spleen. I know this is why I’m hurting so bad so I am going today to get a second option. My cyst are not huge just 3cm. That’s big to me but after reading this blog I know they get much bigger. I just want them gone so I’m not hurting anymore, do I have an option to have them removed and is that outpatient or anyone have info on the procedure?? Also just to let y’all know I had the Essure procedure done 3 months ago and the Leep procedure done on my cervix, turns out it was just dysplasia no cancer found.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? I'm sorry to hear about the pain you have been experiencing for the last 2 years. Seeking another doctor's opinion may indeed be helpful especially if you are pregnant at this time.  Treatment will depend on a variety of factors such as your medical history, your present pregnancy, symptoms, gynecological examination as well as results of the diagnostic tests. It may be difficult to remove them as outpatient at this time and especially if they are in different locations. Discuss this with your doctor for proper management. Take care and do keep us posted.
