pain after cycle ends

I am a 30 year mother of three. I have had all three by c section and previous was diagnosed with mild dysplasia cells and  I completed the full treatment for the abnormal cells including freezing of my cervix. In the last 2-3 years i have been having pain on my right side that lasts about 2 weeks after my cycle ends. After the pain goes away i can still feel something  right there but it is not as severe as the pain i just experience about 2weeks prior. Other symptoms is it becomes very itchy at my incision site become my cycle begins I seem to feel a lump on my right side where it hurts that I can take my hand and place over the place almost exactly where i feel the pain. It also seems like the pain radiates to my lower back I want to know could this be the mild dysplasia cells that may have turned cancerous .

Yep, it could be that you have an ovarian cyst.  You could call your doctor and request a transvaginal ultrasound and an appointment a few days after.  This way your doctor will have the results when you go for your appointment.  Good luck and please keep us posted on how you are doing!

Sounds like it could be an ovarian cyst?  I would certainly call your doctor and ask for a transvaginal and pelvic ultrasound.
