pregnancy and ovarian cyst

Hello, I am 26 years old and have been trying to get pregnant now for about 6 years. I have endometriosis and have had surgery twice now to remove that. Both times i had surgery I also had Cysts removed off my ovaries. The last time was in December of 2007. The results of the oncology test showed that the cyst was pre-cancerous. They also removed half of my left ovary because the cyst was so large. Now I am 6 weeks pregnant and had my first ultra sound 2 days ago. My left ovary has 2 very large cyst on it again. I know that it is normal to have corpeus luteum cyst in the beginning of pregnancy but should there be 2 of them and should they be so large? My right ovary is completely normal.  If it is the pre-cancerous cyst again will they have to be removed during my pregnancy?

You mentioned that it was large. Do you know the size? Have you had a CA 125 test done? I'm not sure how accurate that would be during pregnancy since different things can skew the results. I think a lot would depend on the size of the cysts.

I forgot to mention my grandmother died at the age of 34 of ovarian cancer. So there is a family history also
