I definitely feel your pain, mine is in my left ovary also.  It wakes me up every morning feeling like I have morning sickness.  I feel so sick I have to get up and eat something as much as I don't want to.  I had a ultra sound done on April 13th and she saw something but couldn't tell me anything.  I then had a transvaginal one done because of what she saw.  I am scared beyond belief, I literally shake.  I have to wait until the 27th to see my gyno which seems forever.  Nothing is going right it seems and to boot I lost my job after years the day before I went to see the gyno.  They could see I was sick and I was honest enough to tell them I wasn't feeling well and had a appointment to see the gyno. That was the end of my job no warning.  My ovary feels like it is volcanic.  It bubbles which causes gas up my intestines and makes me feel sick. That is what the gyno had told me that cysts don't make you feel sick that I must have problems with my bowel.  I am here to tell you I can feel exactly where it is coming from and it is my ovary and it makes me sick to my stomach.

A cyst can cause problems/pains no matter what the size of it.  I'm sorry to say, BUT you really need to seek medical attention.  You need to find out what size your cyst is and what kind of cyst you have.  Sometimes when you do not have insurance the hospital or doctors will work with you on how much you have to pay.  I really hope you do go to the doctor, because you do not have to live in pain!
