worried teen

im 16, never been pregnant. and i have ovary pain when i sneeze, stand, cough, and strech. somtimes it hurts when im just laying down. i know it's not cramps because it happens all the time not just around my period. im scared it might be something serious and i dont know what to do.

yeah you want to see a gynecology soon. they can do an ultrasound to determine if you have cysts or anything.

Better consult an Gynecologist - for anything that is unusual, Doctors would be of big help. Good luck and get better :)

Ovarian cysts can cause these types of pain.  The good news is that most cysts go away on their own with time.  Most women get them at some point.   Have you seen a gynecologist yet?   He/she can do an ultrasound and see if an ovarian cyst is the cause of your pain.  Pain is a way of our bodies letting us know something is wrong so it is important not to ignore it.  But, try not to worry.   It would be extremely uncommon for you to have a more serious condition at your age.
