How long do withdrawals last when taken off of Methadone & Oxycodone?

I was taken off of 90mg of Methadone and 60mg of Oxycodone and now I am going thru withdrawals. I have been going thru the withdrawals for 4 weeks now and I still don't feel good at all. My mother wants to know what she can do to help me.
